I have taken kerashine tablet and after 12 hour i have taken alcohol is there any problem pls tell me i am worried

Hello sir/madam. I start having small bean sized pimple on back head with pain..then pimple reduced but hair got loss at that place.. looks like a patchy baldness in small size. I was having the same 4 years before with big patch then hairs growth recovered in that patch with 2 injections and few tablets.. Could you please suggest what i have to do now?
