Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My skin is dry. Please recommend bathing and other skin care products to keep my skin hydrated. I've attached a few pictures. Also, for the past few days, the shoulder skin has been itching alot.

Been experiencing hairfall since I was 18, I can notice my receding hairline, should I start taking finasteride 1mg and minoxidil 2% before all my hair is gone. Also I have always eaten healthy( no junk) and been into exercising regularly so don't think that's the reason for my hairfall. Anything?

Hello, I am suffering from uneven skin. What can I do for this pigmentation. I also have lots of acne scars.

Mom suffered wd liver hepatitis B. Due 2 dat , her legs swelled and dark spots appeared with pain and itching(as doc told). Diagnosed in 2019, hepatitis b found negative aftr dat. Doc told swelling and itching will vanis soon. But leg swelling and itching remained same. Now a wound had appeared on her swelled leg sinc 40 days. Tried homeo, allopathic, mdicines but no result. Whom shud i consult now? Earlier i consulted a Gastro who diagnosed the liver hepatitis B.

My father got a boil about a week back which is not healing at all. Applied Betadine after that wound looks dry but after a while it turns watery with a white head and yellow pus is coming out, on removal of the puss there is blood and it looks like an incision is made (small hole like from where blood is coming out) Blood is not stopping. The blood itself is turning into puss on drying. What medicine should be taken for this? This boil is on the waist region.

Please suggest which Doctor or specialist to visit for HRT. especially, Bio Identical harmone replacement treatment. Id it a Dermatologist, gynaecologist...And what age group can go for Hrt.
