I have a severe hairfall and diagnosed alopecia areata. Doctor suggested to use relysal solution for 10 days. I used today but it cause so kind of irritation..is that normal ? Can I continue the Same for 9 days

Im a surgery resident. Im having acnes since 12 th grade . I have acnes on face chest and back. In face i most have papular acnes and in back admist papular acnes some pustular acnes erupt once in two weeks. I dont have dandruff. For maintanence im using keto+salicylic acid shampoo once in two weeks along with my shampoo. I dont apply oil. For face im using 2 percent salicylic acid face wash and clinda adapalene combo gel...and for back i use benzoly peroxide 3.5 percent but still i dont get rid of them completey and i get flare ups(pustular stage 3 acnes).i bought adapalene 10 percent for hyperpigments acne scars in back but as new acnes develop i m still using benzyl peroxide. Is there any other promising treatment and prevention options available to prevent recurrence. what would be best for hypigmented acne scars on my back.

Hello Doctor, My hair growth has slowed down drastically. I shaved head 1 month ago, but the the growth is very slow the hair has grown only 1/2 inch in 1 month and on the scalp there is patch which has less hair than other area of scalp.
