Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My shoulders and hand have black spots and acne what is the solution for these type of problem since 1 year

I've attached a picture depicting the condition of my toe. Nothing really happened due to which this could happen. The skin around this has hardened and it's been more than two month, it hasn't gone. When I wear shoes, I feel a little pain in this area but it fades in some minutes. Kindly suggest me a solution to treat it. Thank you.

Could u pls suggest some medicine for dark underarms. I have dark underarms i dont know since when and i havnt done anything to cause that.

Past 4 days I see these red patches on my neck. They are not itching or painful but it's becoming prominent day by day.

I got itching on my legs, thighs , hands , middle of fingers, venusia max cream used and took teczine 5 mg as adviced for ten day's and itching stopped. After 2-3 days again itching started again. Took all test CBC, RFT, CFT , thyroid , blood sugar . Everything is normal. This is first time getting such itching issue. Should I keep taking this tablet lifetime, what could be actual cause of this sudden itching prob , Note that there are no rashes in my skin, it's normal

I have thick beard under the chin, but I don't have it on the cheek, Its been almost 5 years since I have this same type of beard. I wanted to grow beard on cheeks too,suggest me some helpful tips and tell me what I lack. Thanks

I have been getting tiny red patches which looks like a rash but is under the skin. Ut randomly comes anywhere on my body and then dissappears. Last month it was on my hand near underam. Today i noticed one on my thigh, but the hand one is gone. No itching or irritation at all. What is this ?
