I am a thyroid patient but i get it checked every 3 months and its normal. What supplements and diet changes should i do?

Hi, Is there any OTC cream/meds for scalp eczema? I have been having itchy dry flakes on my scalp for past few weeks. In the past I was able to get rid of them completely using Clop-S and Clop-GM cream however I'm not sure if I should use topical steroids without a prescription.

Sir I am having hairs on my chin and neck area..once I had undergone laser treatment during 8sessions my hair on chin become thin and fine but it is not completly eliminated..then again I started plucking it..now it become more worse..due to shaving before laser treatment..my usg of lower abdomen is normal and my testerone level was slightly high..and m also prediabetic..I have a baby of 9months..what to do to get rid of the hair..I don't have hairs on other parts of the body .but only chin n neck portion I am having a lot of hair,thick hair .plz give some suggestions..should I go for laser treatment one more time??
