Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I took tretinoin gel 0.025% and also tablets of isotretinion for 4 months at the same time, now my skin is dry, please help me get my oily skin back

I'm in college, and I usually live in (and around) Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Due to the pandemic i had to come home (Durgapur, West Bengal). My acne used to be just a few individual pimples here and there. But now the acne covers a larger area, and isn't individual pimples. It's painful to touch and has only increased since March. I have tried Benzoyl Peroxide ointment (prescribed much earlier for back acne), but to no avail. I have a healthy diet, don't drink, and smoke very rarely. I also make sure to get plenty of excercise each day. I have no other physical diagnosed syndromes (but mental health took a dip this year), had to be on Nexito(5mg) for a few months. I am having skin irritation on face small pimple sending my image.please suggest some gud medicine or cream tube.

I have been eating papaya everyday since last one week since then i am having breakout . Is it because of papaya?

Hiii I am facing problem on chest and back ..its seems like pimple but when it emarge on body I think this is pimple but it gets freez and hard ..its spreading all in my chest ,shoulder and back side rapidly...see in the picture...all are hard ...not melt so far...
