Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doctor, Thanks for your time. I'm 24 Years Male, Earlier my hair on the scalp was thick and dense and used to grow grow rapidly but since last 7-8 months the density has reduced drastically and also not growing at earlier speed and has become slow than average. Beard Hair, Pubic hair & Armpit hair also stopped growing like it was before. The eyebrows have become very thin, what to do for the eyebrows. It has become very thin. Please help me doctor. I won't say I have extreme hair loss but, my hairline and hair is way thinner than it was before around 5 years back. Is there any multi vitamins supplements which I could take to make it better? Any type of collagen which I can take? Please do suggestion some good brands if possible.
