Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have huge dark circles under my eyes and it is hereditary. I want to take medical treatment for lightening the dark circles. I have taken medicines and creams but nothing helped. Please suggest.

I have a lump in right armpit since 20-25 days. There was pus discharge around 15 days back. But after the dicharge stopped, the lump size is the same. It has not reduced in size. The lump was painful during pus dicharge. But now it is very mildly painful, but the size has not reduced at all. It becomes more palpable on lifting the arm up. It is not mobile. On side view of the lump,  it looks protruded. The size is around 1-1.25cm.I tried antibiotic ointment, but its not effective. What further steps can be taken?

I was diagnosed with allergic dermatitis. I completed my 1 week course of HHLEVO 5MG tablet and Niosol F cream but the spots have not completely faded so should I continue using Niosol F cream till it's gone away completely?

Suffering from Cheilitis since 10 years, having consulted almost all good doctors there isn't an inch improvement in my condition. Everytime I consult a doctor, they prescribe a TCS, multivitamins, iron, some lipbalm, some sunscreen, some facewash, some moisturizer bla bla bla. And I don't even have count of how many times I have purchased these costly medicines which hardly work. No doctor listen to my previous experience, and just prescribe all this year, inspite of telling severity and chronic nature of this indication. I don't feel good at all writing this up, it has made me cry n number of times. I just want to know is there even a cure for this Cheilitis, can hyperpigmentation developed after it ever be treated? Or is this a rare condition with no cure?

For the last 2 days I've had this very itchy spot on my inner knuckle of pointer finger of left hand. The area is a bit stiff when I move it. It becomes super itchy if I accidentally touch it or use it in certain angles and as I itchy it becomes painful. It's difficult to see the redness properly in most lights but is visible with torch or flash. What could this be? My mother said it may be a mosquito bite in an odd place but I've had my fair share of mosquito bites and they're usually not like this? Please advise. Thanks.

I have multiple red spots on my body. On feet, hands, ans some on chest neck and face. I got my blood tested for usual tests. Everything is fine in it. But these spots keep coming and going. They are not itchy or painful. Just little bumps.

Can sterilium be used to disinfect skin prior to fractional co2 laser treatment...or is there any other special solutions ...I'm just asking this as a general doubt..no specific reasons..kindly help..
