Good morning Sir/ Madam,
Should I first apply depiwhite cream to the affected area (cheeks) and after that use the sunscreen on full face ,or should I first apply the sunscreen and then the depiwhite cream to the affected area? Thanks in advance.

Thumb rule of layering of skin products
Sunscreen is to be applied lastly
Ideally 30 min before sun exposure and reapplication every 2-3 hourly is advisable
But depiwhite contains skin actives which can lead to photosensitivity and its advisable to apply it at night
Hope your dermatologist has spoke to you about rest of the things
