Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I (think) I'm having jock itch for some weeks now, I consulted a doctor and he suggested Ketoconazole 2% cream for 2 weeks. But no improvement is seen, and the amount of itch hasn't changed much (I can't sleep either) . During 2nd consultation, doctor prescribed to use Propygenta NF cream, but since it's a steroid cream, I have my suspicions before using it. I want to confirm if I do have jock itch or some other skin disease. What should I do now. Should I take tests?

So I've been using liquid handsoap of reputed brands quite frequently every day since March. A few weeks ago,I started feeling a burning sensation in and around the knuckles in my right hand and the burning area had red/brown patch. I didn't take it seriously thinking that once I limit the use of liquid handsoap, the burning sensation and the red patches will go away. Now it does NOT burn anymore, but the red/brown patches are still there. Please suggest an ointment !! Photos are attached.

I'm experiencing red itchy rashes of various shapes and sizes on the body. Mostly arms, legs, neck and behind the ears. These go away on their own after 4-5 Hrs. The rashes appear once in every 2-3 days and change places everytime. I get rashes in 6-7 spots when this occurs. Pls advise.
