Hii I'm syeda Age :21 1.  Since last 3 months im having White spots on both cheeks  As I observed i tried  to apply Vaseline but there is no response at all...My Skin is oily. I have seen many videos but none found  reasonable...Can u please suggest something to remove it completely 2. Secondly, I get alot of mouth sores/ulcers ... Every now and then... Even a Thyriod patient too

I use sunsilk shampoo n parachute hair  oil ...but the hair length is as same as it is now ... I'm a Thyriod patient too , consume tsh medicines,, I got Thyriod in 2017 . I am having a heavy dandruff issue . Its dry scalp to oily scalp. Dry dandruff. Sometimes the scalp is itchy. I do use oil but only once in a week or maximum twice and wash it after 45 min to 1 hr. I am not using any kind of dandruff shampoo recently. Please suggest which shampoo and oil I should use? How many times I sould apply in a week? Is there anything I used include in my diet as well?

Myself (33 years old) now a dayz, during winters feeling itching problem all over the body worsened over night. Skin red n small bumps. Applying oil or winter cream is not helping. Can recommend any antiitch lotion or cream.
