Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been facing excessive hairfall ...hair volume has decreased. Got acne on chin, back and butts. It's been 3 months now. Acnes are severe amd painful.

I'm facing grey hair problems since few months and i know there is no proper treatment for it. But i want to know what are tests to be taken for a formal check with the hairs to know better about it. Is there any such tests that can help us know our hair better?

I had some round rings formed back in September 2018. I didn't pay any attention because I was just a random 13 y/o boy and left it. It was itching and itching and now , 2 years later I still have the infection near my thighs' genital area. The problem is that now the sides have darkened(black) and wounds have been formed. They are not able to get recovered because of the itching cause during when I sleep. And when I'm half sleep and half awoke I get that itching and I scratch the wounds out... And it again tries to recover and the same process goes on and on as I scratch it. Didn't told any family member or consulted locally because I'm an introvert. Thought to get a consultant via Practo. Hope I'll get any suggestions and practices to get this thing sorted out. Really feels uncomfortable and stinky...

I have oily as well as sensitive skin. The major problem is pigmentation on my both cheeks and under chin area

Dark circles.Home remedies did not work exceptionally. Tried applying almond oil but it showed effect only while I applied it fr a month later did nt show any effect

My hair volume hai become very less and my hair have also become very fizzy. Even after proper oiling they lose moisture and become dry very quickly

Will using anaboom serum , initially increases hairfall ? I am having very severe hairfall and doctor prescribed anaboom serum . Will this serum increase hairfall intially ?? Right now i am loosing more than 200 strands of hair every day Please help
