Redness in head and dandruff/patches
26 years old female. From last few years blister kind of things appear on head and causing itching and also dandruff like patches are coming across head. This is getting increased and all hair is looking like white patches after combing. This is causing itchiness but there is no siginificant hair loss observed. And also cause no pain. Attaching images. Please advise what this could be and how to treat
