White patches on head

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have white patches on Scalp. This is causing dandruff problem. This is only in the front centre of the head and remaining areas of head are fine. Can you analyse and advise what is the actual problem and what medications to be taken. Do I need to visit my doctor.
