Severe hair loss and thinning
Hi, I've been experiencing very bad hair loss overall and excessive thinning at my crown area. I have been diagnosed with PCOD too. The volume of my hair has severely reduced and i want to stop it as soon as possible. I dont want to take a PRP session but is there any other solution for this? If not is there any diet i should follow? Please do let me know, i would be grateful. Thank you
