I am having severe hair fall from past 2 months. I never had this much hair fall before. Can you please suggest some supplements?

Hi doctor, I am suffering from hair fall. My doctor prescribed me keraglo eva, xgain serum, keraglo ad and trigain shampoo. It's been 12 days of taking keraglo eva tablet but I don't see any effect on my hair fall. I still have hair fall. I have done all the test and the report is normal. Only serum ferritin is 11. Will my hair fall ever stop? Thanks

Yesterday my hands and legs started itching very badly so I started to to scratch it within few minute I saw little bumps all over my arms and thighs and shoulders and itched furiously then within an hour both itching and rashes like bumps dissapeared then again it started after 8 to 9 hours.

My hair is soft to touch but is extremely frizzy. I have a normal scalp . If I don't wash my hair for two days it starts getting so dry and brittle. I have too many grays so I apply henna once in two months. I try to condition my hair using home remedies but nothing seem to work .
