I am suffering from acne since an year now, the acnes hv subsided now but dark spots remain. How to get rid of them. They are really stubborn. Please suggest some medication to remove these acne marks.

I have been advised by my doctor to take Follihair, Shelcal HD 12, Rubired tablets daily for 6 months and Uprise D3 60k tablets once in a week for 6 months. I also been advised to apply androanagen lotion for 6 months. So my question is that this medication is ideal for my hair fall problem and also is there any side-effects?
