Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm having this from more than a year. It get pain when touched. Please recommend me any ointment. Or it required any surgery.

Sometimes the skin starts itching for a while and then it starts becoming red and continues itching for 20-25 minutes and stops after applying mustard oil (home remedy). I have been facing this problem since 2 years. I have consulted a skin doctor locally and he has prescribed some medicines but what is root cause this problem or allergy. Please suggest if any test is required to cure this itching and redness from its root. Thank you.

I have dark lips please suggest some medication or advise what I can do to bring it to its original condition.

Red itchy circle on face and on thighs... After applying cream for skin disappears and then come back.. चेहरा एवं जांघ पे गोल खुजलाहट वाला गोला। फंगल इंफेक्शन वाला क्रीम लगाने पे ठीक और फिर 10 दिन में आजता है। परेशानी पिछले 6 माह से है। चेहरे पर दाहिने तरफ़ लाल देख सकते है।

It is important to use conditioner in hair my hair are normal hair my hairs not freezes and oily scalp So I have only question it is necessary to use conditioner because my are very normal
