Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I actually had no acne before i shifted to Bangalore, but from past 1 year I've been facing this issue, i even consulted a dermatologist but nothing is working, i have now started travelling since my office has opened, and since then the acnes have increased my skin is so textured and i get atleast 1 pimple for a day, i have been religiously following the steps my dermatologist has told me to follow but i see no difference at all, it only has worsened.

I m 29 I have 60% white hair and white beard hair too.. I m applying hair color since 5 years but I want growth of my hair too . I have seen and heard too many remedies and medical treatment and hair oil to prevent baldness and proper Long time hair growth. Please suggest me how to care my hair which hair oil is good?? And for white beard also how to stop white beard hair??

My doctor advised me to apply anaboom ad after 2hrs of minoxidil application at night. Will applying anaboom ad after minoxidil won't hamper the minoxidil efficacy? Forgot to ask this question to my doctor.
