Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Have a hair fall issue since 3-4 years. I'm facing hair loss . Around 2 years ago I consulted a dermatologist and he gave me some prescriptions I have attached photo. But after around a year I discontinued the treatment because of Corona didn't went to consult nor I took same medication because I was in my home town in lockdown. So now my hair fall is started again and it's too much hairs now. Should I continue taking same medication.

I have observed some dark regions on my face under and above my eyes..They make me look uneven..These are not on the other 0art of face but similar marks are on my H points. For which I took medication. Can anyone suggest something for face?

I recently discovered a white patch that has developed on my scrotum. It appears like vitiligo but as I checked symptoms, tinea versicolor also has similar symptoms. What can it be and how to stop any chance of it spreading over any other part of my body? Any help will be highly appreciated.

My younger brother had experience dandruff like something on scalp 2 weeks ago then brown patches surrounding pinkish,reddish color radiated on whole body above legs ,back,neck , abdomen everywhere . No previous history , no case of psoriasis in family before this . Patient details- Harshvardhan Age - 13 yrs Occurence of the disease- 2-3 weeks Itching, redness, pinkish color with th brown patches. Occurence of viral infection ,pus in fingers in previous two years which is minor. No family history of psoriasis. Eating habit - veg + nonveg ( very less frequent)

There is mole in stomach and has swollen badly , please suggest what can be done to cure this as it is causing pain.

I am having pimples on my scalp from past 2 years. I had went to dermatologist many times also consulted on practo last month. All of them prescribed me a  shampoo and some antibiotics. Scalp was free of pimples as long as i take antibiotics. They will reappear every time after the antibiotics course completed. I had taken Doxy-1 L-DR Forte Capsules for 15 days last month. And right now my scalp is full of pimples again. Plz provide me a permanent cure for this problem.
