How many days should i take doxycycline for acne grade 3. I have already taken doxycycline OD (dox 1 L DR forte)for 15 days. It has been almost 10 days since i completed that course of doxycycline. I had a good control on my acne while taking dox. but after stopping it i have started to develop new pimples.So for how many days should i take doxycycline? and i am currently using deriva cms gel .Is there any other treatment option that i should follow?

Hi My 3years kid got a patch on buttock past 15days ,only one patch .today I kept canestan 1% cream on that he feels itchy and burning sensation became reddish also within seconds.mostly it is in black color or flare-up in skin sometimes.actually what is that fungal infection or anything else.normally I don't feel any itching.u can see the photo
