Whenever I do some physical work like as walk or do some other work then there were red spots along with itching all over my body. Itching started just after little physical work now what I have to do I am unable to think. I have go to many doctors and that time I also got out from this problem but this year from approximately 1-2 months it started again. With this allergy I can't do any work not even walk for some  time. One more thing I observed that there was no sweat still after doing an type of work but only itching started.

I'm 28 yrs old women having kerotosis pillaris on hands and legs. I used single blade razor to remove hair during during lockdown but it turned out to be a nightmare. I've under skin hard hair growth on body now.. it looks very ugly and feels poky even after waxing now. Can anyone please suggest the remedy to overcome this? I badly need some help

Excessive hair fall. Hair becomes very dry, rough,frizzy after shampoo. I am working at office for 10hrs. Drinks water about 2-2.5 litre. Not able to take proper care for skin & hair. My diet is moderate. I am non vegetarian. I am anaemic with low BP problem. I shampoo my hair twice per week. My hair lost its shine, texture become rough with split ends & now dandruff problem also arisen.

Hairline is receded with hairloss at temples Kindly let me know if its is possible to regrow the lost hair. kindly see attached pic.
