I am experiencing hair fall from many years. But in last few months situation went bad to worst. Its a male pattern baldness. I tested my testosterone level and its ok. And my genes also dont have issue.

I have black to brownish minute spots on my face,i have no idea what is it exactly,iam unable to differentiate if it is freckles or age/sun spots.But i rarely get any pimples,so i dont have any acne spots.I have never applied sunscreen till date. What can i do for these spots or blemishes ? It would be really helpful, if you can suggest any creams or solution for this
