I am having severe acne. My dermatologist has prescribed me isotetroin 20 mg for 6 weeks and told that this is the first phase and will have to take till phase 3. Is it safe to use for a long time?? I was told that there will be side effects.Will the side effects be severe? Is it okay if i can take this if my tsh levels is 7.19
