Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

This problem is from last 3-4 months.  Dark brown patches on my nose bridge. I am not on any medication.

I had a white patch on my nose which was only on one side before 6 mnths or 1 yr it came..didnt notice it and 1 month before i noticed and went to skin doctor he saw and gave ivermectin and nizral ointments..after use it incresed to 2 or 3 spots on nose what to do now..i have attached pics..plz help me

I am facing allergy issue. I think it is fungal reaction. It is on my hands and back body. It itches alot.

I had extreme dryness and burning sensation in my upper lip in and over the vermilion line , though medicine prescribed nothing really healed .
