Can I take isotretinoin 10 mg for my acne , when I am already under treatment for some other skin problem and has been advised tacrolimus ointment. I have been applying tacroz 0.03 for one skin issue ..So can I also take isotretinoin tablet for my acne issue .

After visiting multiple dermatologist over 2 years,got to know its 2 year old boiled turned furnacle growing under the skin of buttock ,now its developing another 2-3 nodular painful pimples with developing white opening to it. Medicines taken so far as per dermatologist prescriptions as below but no effect on that furnacle- Teczine Dazit Augmentine Taxim O Cafodroxil Mupi ointment Tbact ointment My recent dermatologist suggested more powerful medicines & not agreeing to do anything physically for the furnacle
