Fungal infection since past 3 months i have taken medicine from general doctor is has not been gone fully

I have pimples and dull skin and pigmentation also plz give me solution on my blackness face. I have suntan also.

It initially looked like a mosquito bite, then after i consultanted a doctor here i was advised for fucibet, but it still kept growing. After that last night i consulted another doctor here, after taking the prescribed medicines (lilituf xl, vensuia, xyzal . The condition has worsen . Now he is asking me to consult a nearby doctor. What do i do ?

I have used melacare for one year.suddently i noticed some acne on my chin then the next day it has spreade to all over my face so i stopped using melacare.i have uses clindamycin phophate and an azithromycin tab but that doesnt seems to be work.what should i do now please help me.please recomend me a fast recovery medicament
