Hypertrophic lichen planus
A blackish patch is found 1 year ago in knee which was gradually increasing and also seen in many areas of legs. 6month ago have gone through online consultation and diagnosed as hypertrophic lichen planus. Halox -s ointment, momate cream and venusia cream is prescribed. Using all these. Very slowly reducing those patches. I am posting this query for second opinion. Is there any cause to worry about. Thanks in advance
