Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have got nevus of ota. Took several laser sessions. I am prone for post inflammatory hyperpigmentation after acne or laser. Most of the nevus was gone. Again a patch developed 6 months after my last session i.e., 20 jan 2020( had taken combined oc pills for pcod for a month before it). I want to know if it is dermal or epidermal pigment , so that i can decide whether i need another laser session or topical creams. Is woods lamp the best way to differentiate between dermal and epidermal pigment? Any clinic in bangalore that can provide the service ?

Hi doctor, I have peanut sized hard lump near the end of the armpit it's been two days and pains if i press it.. I don't see much swollen on the outside of the skin.. i can feel it inside.. so I couldn't even take pictures of it .. anything to worry about? . Please help me.. thank you...

Blemishes, scars dark spots. Dark circles. Unclear skin and all. Treatment on going since 3 years but no effect on face.

Is fash os better or saslic ds for oily and acne prone skin? I'm confused between both of them. And I've used both and after a couple of months they tend to leave my skin a little dry, so apart from acnemoist what can I use to better this condition?

Hi, I am noticing exceptionally high hairfall since last one month or so. I first thought it is because of the winter but it is worrying me. I find hair all day on my clothes and whenever I comb there is lot of hairfall. I took a trip during new year to Himachal, that is when it started increasing. I am currently using johnson baby shampoo since 2 months, before that I was using mamaearth onion shampoo. I use mustard oil or coconut oil, but very less frequently. I don't know what is the reason for this increased hairfall. What should I do ?

I had spinal issues, had to take so many medicines for 5-6months..  post that I noticed a change in the colour of my hands... The colour of my back of the plam has turned dark and the difference is easily noticed.. manicure doesn't help. What should I do to make it back to normal colour.
