Hey, i got severe acne which looks hormonal in just last 10 days. These are red, inflamed, painful.. My skin become rough textured. These first started from jaw area and now on full face. Shall i start isotret? and what i can apply on my face to treat them fast. I dont have pcos

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
