I am having hair shedding since may and there is no receding hairline just diffuse hairfall have been diagnosed with mild pcos and hypothyroid I am fed up with hairfall I have consulted dermatologists but they prescribe a serum and after just one use of serum a lot of hair just fall down I am confused what to do kindly suggest I am attaching my scalp pictures I also have been suggested to use proanagen solution but after just ist use of that I lost more hair than normal please help

I'm 39 yo with oily skin and lots of pigmentation and acne scars on my face. I also routinely have active pimples on my face. I'm looking for a good retinol product to help me clear up my skin and even out the skin tone. I've tried a retinol moisturiser in the past, it didn't suit me and caused breakouts so now Im hesitant to try any retinol product. Please advise a reliable product suitable for my skin type and problems, as well as how to best use it. My skin is also very sensitive and easily irritated. From hormonal changes to environmental stressors, anything can break me out very easily and then the huge pimples take a long time to go away, almost always leaving scars behind that sit on my face for years and years.

In younger around 17 years did chemical hair straightening by a unprofessional which resulted in immediate loss of hair after 15 minutes in form of furr balls or lumps if you can call it,dont know medical term for that,after that felt rough and itchy skin since now even after 10 years or so,now hair are good due to some orgnic oil treatment but still they are not what they used to be so thick and full also now itchy and sometimes dandruff,because of lack of knowledge and limited facilities couldn't get proper medical advice for that time ,so question is: Can something be done after so many years of damage probably chemical burned treated by straightening by velocity lotion or something like that and what will be the cost ?
