Hi...a keloid is an overgrown scar. It has an active scar forming cell that needs to be inactivated. Also the excess scar tissue deposited needs to be dissolved to flatten the scar. So a angle drug injection like kenacort will not solve your problems. In fact the keloids get worse after the effect of kenacort injections wears off.
