Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing heavy normal acne and hormonal acne issue on my face from past 6-7 months. I have scars left on my face too. I have tried few creams but no fruitful results.

My mother was suffered from 2° burn. A hot tea fell in her partial body in the month of September. She is recovered from it, but her underarm is not recovered. There is a closed protruding wound in her underarm,Which makes her sometime very itchy and sometimes a needling pain there. What is the medication for this? How much time will it take to recover?

My hair are falling massively for straight 2 months . I had typhoid and coivd together after one month of recovery I could observe my hairfall. So I started taking multivitamins vb7, cod liver oil capsule and vitc with zinc, a topical hair solution containing redensyl, anagain and some stem cell complex,and biotin infused hair shampoo. it helped in making my hair thick and dark I cud see my hair growth of eyebrow and arms and thick hair on scalp but they fall of immediately and are not staying on . Please suggest what can be done I know this is side effects of typhoid but how to combat it

Please recommend some cream or tablet for under eye dark circles. Due to increased screen time it has led to dark circles around the eyes.

I have been taking lot of antibiotics since past few months. Can I get antibiotic resistance?
