Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've had allergy, acne with hair growth in uncommon places. My doc has recommended usage of sertraline tablets. What's the use of sertraline(SSRIs) ? As far as I understand, Its used for depression. Under what circumstances does one use it for skin issues and would it have any side effects?

Pimples are forming at the back side of my body and it is turning into black coloured spots. It is persisting. Same is observing in neck and chest region now a days. Please help me to understand the problem.

Hii...my mother has developed a small black mark on her lower lip since last 10-12 days . There is no pain or irritation as such .The mark is quite promiment .Attached below is the photo of the same . She is undergoing treatment under an endocrinologist for diabetis .
