Painful Mask acne & black pigmented spot
I have combination skin type and my skin is very sensative.. but during COVID whenever am wearing mask after removal i got red bumps acne ... what will i do because it is getting worse day by day... am a working person so i have to wear mask for minimum 8 hrs.. the acnes are painful also...

Yes...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Stop wearing masks for longer hours , stop wearing make up under neath , remove the mask every 2 hours if possible
