Black spots on skin after itching

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have itching problem after itching there grow red spots of diameter about 2 mm and later become black and itching is going on and there is 7 or 8 black spots on body on different places on body with itching . Please tell me what is this problem and how to cure it.
