Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I started using hairmax forte 5% lotion with my doctors advise but within a week it caused me extreme itching on my scalp and dandruff also. I stopped using that lotion but the itching is not going away, I have been using oils always , now suddenly I have stopped using bcoz of medicines, can this be the reason of aggravated itching and dandruff? I m advised by doctor to use ultiderm lotion for a week, it has steroids, is it safe to use ? And should I continue using my oils along with scalp lotions ?

If I have a sort of yeast infection in my male organ and browny spots which doctorvis good for me. Some powdery like stuff building up in the neckbof my male organ. Also there is brown spots in the back side of my male organ. Sometimes it itches but not always. What is this and what is the cure.
