Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a weird red-purplish patch today morning as I woke up. It's on the left side, slightly itchy but it's turned purple. It wasn't there yesterday, any help pls

Back side of  body skin itching for last Two years,and and on face black scar on two sides on face, diabetic for last three years HB1AC 7.2

I AM 24 YEARS OLD I AM FACING THE PROBLEM WHICH ARE AS UNDER :- 1. ACNE ON THE FACE ACNE /PIMPLES STARTED NOW ALTHOUGH IN PAST I DON'T HAVE ANY ACNE ON MY FACE 2. SKIN OF RIGHT CHEEK BECOME LOOSE / SAGGY I AM USING THE FOLLOWING ROUTINE TO OVERCOME THESE PROBLEMS 1. USING ICE CUBE ON FACE MOSTLY ICE CUBE OF ALOVERA GELL OR RICE WATER 2. MASSAGE ON FACE WITH COCONUT OIL AFTER ICE CUBE 3. BEFORE GOING TO BED USING THE MIXTURE OF GRAM FLOUR, MULTANI MITTI, AND DAHI (LEAVE IT OVERNIGHT) OR ON SOME DAYS USING MIXTURE OF ALOEVERA GELL AND MULTANI MITTI (LEAVE IT OVERNIGHT) 4. USING PONDS LIGHT MOISTURIZER WHAT TO DO TO CURE THESE PROBLEMS???
