My s ferritin is low around 7.04 n haemoglobin also consequently. my face n chest look really pale whereas my hands n legs look really bright. this looks really odd.... is this bcoz of iron deficiency n if yes then taking supplements n following a proper diet, how much time would it takefor this paleness on face n chest to subside.
