I am starting to see open pores on my face I don't know bcoz of what it is happening I have dry non acne prone skin but very sensitive the kind where even small veins are visible and I am told that there is no treatment for open pores ? Is it true ? I am only 21 shall I go for dermaroller to stop the problem before it increases more ? Or shall I try topical methods like retinoids? I am very worried for my skin

No.. avoid self procedure..Undergo fraxel laser resurfacing therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
