Large open pores and white, black heads
1) I have been wondering if there is a solution for open pores, especially on the cheeks. As per advice from doctors, I have used niacinamide and retinol 0.1% serums. However the pore size stayed the same. I have also undergone yellow peel 1 session, 3 sessions of carbon peel, 6 sessions of hydra facial and 1 session of IPL treatment. However, there is no change. Recently a doctor suggested laser treatment to reduce pore size or alternatively microneedling. Also asked me to consume, glutathione and vitamin c tablets for 6 months. I am worried about wastage of money, if these are also not going to work. 2) I also have so many deeply held blackheads which are difficult to extract and which looks like trapped hairs was told that there is no treatment. Several white heads are there which come out like filaments when pressed. I suggested by other Dr.s, yellow peel and hydra facial also to improve this condition but wasn't of any use.I have very oily & shiny skin. Requesting guidance.
