Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From last 3-4 months I am getting these pimples all over my body especially in belly and chest regions and few near upper thighs. This are not paining and rarely itch. What are these pimples and what could be best way to prevent it from spreading and getting rid of it and how long does it take to get resolved on its own?

I get severe acne every now and then. The bumps of my face hurts. Cant even wash face properly. There are red bumps like acne all over the face

In the month of November, I got bitten by leeches. After that, I got irritation in my skin where medium sized red bumps were developed all over my legs. I consulted dermatology for the treatment and doctor had prescribed tablet and 1 lotion. With the lotion, because of the way I applied white patches appeared around those red bumps. Again after using one more cream around those places, my skin has become worsen by developing discoloration around the places where I have used the cream. The skin is very dry over there and the color of my skin has turned to black. I am highly worried about this as it really looks weird on my skin. Please help me to know the cause of it and suggest me a very good medicine which can make the skin to my normal color. Please find the attachments, clear picture of my leg condition.

Can someone please tell if fluence advance cyclical therapy is effective? So is it the temporary solution? For how long the it's effects will last? Before getting diagnosed with Pcos I used this minoxidil 10 percent Now due to severed hair fall I don't want to use minoxidil bec it might aggravate my hirsutism!
