Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have started using proanagen solution for my hairfall with proanagen tablet haurfall is due to telogen effluvium initially it is causing more hairfall I am scared would I get the haur back which I am losing kindly tell me if its normal and I would get the haur back any response would be appreciated kindly tell

I am getting very tiny tiny pimples on both side of my hands.what should be done and what can be the reason ? It's increasing a bit every day and its der from 3 days.

I am having itching in palms with very small red bumps. I consulted one doctor on practo. He adviced to apply moisturex and Halovate. Applying it for 3 to 4 days would solve the problem.. but when I stop applying the same again I face the same problem.

After some months of his birth my son have a lot of dry skin and skin will become black.. Around from many days I am experiencing some allergic pimple on skin thought body but seen here and there not continuously. I had googled and got to know might be because of increase of antihistamines. May be around 10 years back I had similar problem, Doctor had prescribed Citzine tablet. Could you please help to suggest some solution.
