Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having too much dandruff in hair which leads to hair fall. Dandruff flakes are present in the hair line. The hair line starts to decrease. I am really scared of my hair fall at the age of 24. Please guide me, whether there is a chance to stop the hair line decreasing, hairfall and dandruff.

There are some black patch on the temple area of my face .It looks bad. I tried facewash cream etc but no use. How to get rid of these black patch which make my skin colour uneven.
