Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a small mass cum out from left hand little finger its paini g with little watery pus cuming from it

I have dry scalp, dry hair and dry flakes. After 2 days of washing it gets dry flakes and starts itching.

I have hair fall problems mainly due to hard water. I am planning to buy water softener which would not change the TDS but make the water soft (basically, replace Calcium and Magnesium with Sodium in the salts). Would it help in preventing hair damage and loss due to hard water? Or will it be ineffective due to the TDS being same?

I have extreme hairfall. Which tablet is best for hairfall which has folic acid and biotin?? Please recommend

Hi Sir/Doctor, I am using Minoxidil since 2years. Initially I used Mintop and finasteroid tab then later on moved to minoxidil+finasteroid lotion. My doubt is should I continue with minoxidil+finasteroid or move to minoxidil alone because of this covid I can't consult doctor here..so please suggest If so which brand mintoxidil or minoxidil+finasteroid to use

Recently I've been diagnosed to have macular amyloidosis. I was having this problem from last 4 years but got it diagnosed by a skin doctor, November 2020. I'm observing red dots on my stomach hands and legs since 2 weeks. They are red tiny bumps which are mostly turning black and flat in 3-4 days. Very few are withstanding for a week and turning into little blister and becoming normal. I'm using leavocitrizine once a night since 5 days. I'm in contact with a family member with a history of severe itching since 25 days. I also had a contact with a family member who had similar skin allergy. After a week of first appearance of symptoms , new bumps stopped appearing and when I thought it's getting normal I'm seeing new red dots today. I have no fever or flu like symptoms. I'm in a village and I might need a week more to reach an expert. What can be the best medicine helpful for my condition right now ?
