My acne leaves red and brown spots. I have had teenage acne and most of my spots have recovered with topical application of azelaic acid and Niacinamide and 2% salicylic acid chemical exfoliant. I have mostly dry/combination skin. How to make the current red and brown acne spots fade away?

I have lice and nit problem. As I am breastfeeding my baby (3 months old), can I still use lice removal shampoo (Hair Shield).
