Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I oftenly get red spot on my legs or forearms, After eating outside food or in cold weather conditions, It does not iches or irritate but it comes become red dark and after few days it gone. Please suggest some treatment. It has been coming since Oct 2020

I see many strands of hair falling out daily around 40 50 from around a year now And my hair over legs also shed But I haven't noticed thinning of my hair or anything like that . Is it normal or cause of concern???

I have red itchy breakouts on my body. Small red breakouts come on my body, which is very itchy. I use body lotion on my full body, still i feel that when i turn from office, more red itchy breakouts come. And when those itchy breakouts dry they leave a mark on the skin for many days. I have been facing hair fall problem from last 7-8 months. I took medication it got better but the day I stopped the medication it started again. I have done all kinda blood test it all came negative. Is this normal? Or should I consult another doctor?

Currently my weight is 63kgs My BMI is 25.5 Currently working on my weight Can u please let me know if m having alopecia Initially my hair used to really thick Now the centre parting have increased and scalp is seen too I'm taking Aminofit and orofer My doctor suggested me to take minoxidil 2 percent but I don't want to use it as I have got excess facial hair and mandible area A) Is there any other treatment or I have to use minoxidil? B) Do I have alopecia or simply hair fall (I'm losing almost 50-100 hair strand per day and the no is increased on oiling and shampooing)

I had fungal infection on my thighs during my college days which was cured long ago but the marks are still present on inner thigh. How do I get those marks removed.

So i'm iron deficient n my s ferritin is really low around 7.04. N my doc when saw me was like u look really pale. N my face does look really pale n yellow. But my hands look bright white n this was not this has been the case from past 5-6 yrs. Can it happen that iron deficiency just makes your face look pale n dull n 3-4 shades darker than your actual skin tone ( skin tone on hands n legs). if yes then with proper medication n diet how much time would it take for this paleness on my face neck n chest to subside.?

I have very dark lips totally Brown I don't no why I want to lighten my lips is any medication which will be helpful for getting lighter lips
