Hello
Tattooing of already laser resurfaced area is not re commended as dye could be displaced with improper judgement to tattoo artist might give dispersion of dye and irregulariyy of desired pattern in future
Its better to go for laser resurfacing for scars as 4 sittings aren't enough hesitation cuts are big enough
