Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have skin dandruff... which looks  blur white on hands and other parts of body.. Can I be prescribed any gel or tablet

Two months ago, I went to a doctor to consult for hair fall and was prescribed Perfectil as a remedy for hair-fall. I also had low vitamin D level. Recently, around 3 weeks ago, I took a blood test and found out my iron levels are high. Thus, I stopped having Perfectil since it had iron also. Now, my hair fall started increasing and I don't know what should be done?

I am his son. Sir Its been almost more than 10 year but my dad cant stop taking Addiction substance. Due to which our family problems are in worst condition. He just go outside and came home after 4-5 hours and and when he came back to home his condition was unable to explain, after few minutes he just sleep and even while sleeping he is continuously moving his legs and hands here-there don't understand why he can't just sleep normally. He sleeps almost more than 6-7 hours and when he wakeups just started word abusing with my mother and start finding mistakes to keep fighting and again he goes outside side and come home in night 9-10 pm and wakes up all night and and disturbing us too to all night. We can't study properly we cant sleep properly we can't live properly, my mother is suffering too much pain in this. Please help me sir, please just let me know which medicine can help my dad to quit taking all kind of addiction substance. He is smoking too much but dont know what he takes.
