Hi, I am 25 years old man. I am facing pimples in face since puberty. Last year I had taken isotretinoin capsules and clindamycin gel on doctor's advice. It worked for around six months but it showed a lot of side effects like digestion problem, dry skin and dandruff in hairs and beard. After six months again the same condition. Similar pimples appear at neck and upper back too.  Is there any permanent treatment for pimples and scars without side effects ?

My lips have darkened in purple patches in three areas. They are also raised and and hardened now. Earlier It irritated alot resulting in scratching, now it's stable but I also see a couple of pimples on my lips and a yellowish dot in an area. The skin on the lips also sometimes withers.
