Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have some hair in between breast and skin got darker. And i face pimples or acne there too sometimes painful too. How to get rid of darkness, pimples and hairs from there? Is it normal or something to worry?

I am an obese 23 year old person with above 40% of body fat and i have carried this body fat throughout. now i am willing to lose my fat. but i fear loose skin. is there any suggestion or precaution that i can follow to help prevent or reduce loose skin?
