Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Sir/madam please find the attachment.i have shared the exact problem and iam under medication since 3months but still not having any improvement.i have shown it to govt hospital and doctor suggested me to take candid cream and candiforce 100 mg tablet but no use.please guide me doctor.

From last 4 years I have dry rough skin on my both palms, which looks like white patches here and there, it's very itchy and whenever I scratch white powder type will come out sometimes intense itchy.I tried all medicines suggested by allopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedic but it's not getting cured.

Age 6 years ,boy Sole of both legs having patches and cracks with pain. Additionally, nails of both legs and hands decolor. Black color.

Hi, I had 4-5 flat warts under my left eye from my teenage and they did not bother me much so I never paid any attention earlier.But from few weeks I've started noticing that they are becoming prominent in their size and they have started spreading covering my entire left cheek and even chin. This is very disturbing and I am not feeling confident now, it is bothering me very much and I cannot concentrate on my work. Please suggest who should I consult, I've never been to any doctor before.
