Severe back acne
I have a serious case of back acne which is not reducing and actually aggravating. Currently using GetRid soap and an aloe vera spray liquid spray I made at home. No major change in the acne level. Please suggest some OTC medications or ointments for a severe case

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

OTC medicines don't work and should not be purchased. Truncal acne needs proper treatment with topical and oral medicines.
Kindly consult online and share a clear picture of the back acne for full treatment
