Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have got this on arm as shown in d pic..dont know whether it's fungal infection or allergy...its itching a lot..pls guide me which cream i can put...

Mine is oily skin. I have pores on cheeks. Few wrinkles on forehead. Skin is not looking young. And also suggest remedies for upper lip blak hair.

Hair are getting thin on crown area and front line also get affected. Is it treatable can the density of my hair will be back Through anyway. Suggest me something I also got the 1 time prp session but I wasn't helpful. Kindly tell is it curable or not.

I have dark circles and some hollowness under my eyes. Right now I'm turning 19 and i have dark circles almost from 4-5 class i look very bad now . I have tried many things like creams home remedies etc but nothing works. Now can i permanently fix it by some medicine or i have to take some surgery ?

No significant health problems. Everything is noraml. Recently too much hair fall since 2 to 3 months almost more than 100 hair follicles. Menstrual history irregular frm 6 months almost 50 day cycle. What tests r recommend?plz tell basic investigations if necessary. What I may be suffering frm. Wt normal, BMI within range. Unmarried, no other health issues. Iam trying to eat  healty food, having issue with sleep.  Got covid  almost 3 months back. No hospitaisation  ,cured with basic medicine. And elbow blackness frm almost childhood and  blackness on my toes on some area. Any creams helpful? Scrubbing done excessively for few times it became ever more black. Then I realized to do gentle scrub only. And I stopped scrubbing. Very occasionally iam doing scrubbing very gently. Kindly advise wat to do for hair fall, and elbow blackness

I was taking Dronis 30 for a long time near about 4years. Doctor prescribed for pcod. 2months ago stopped that and now facing excessive hair fall and facial hair growth.hair becomes thinner. Plz suggest me how to recover.

Due to rash and itching, there is darkening in bikini area.. Itching happens whenever I use pads or non cotton cloths for past couple of years. And it is very uncomfortable. Need help in lightening the skin and reducing the rash.
