This looks like a Plantar wart or Viral wart or Verruca. This is caused by a virus called Human Papillomavirus and can spread by contact. Treatment options include -
1. Topical lotions
2. Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen
3. Radio frequency ablation or electrosugery
